Tribute Video From Her Service

March 8th was one of the most difficult days of my life to get through.  It was at the very same time, a truly beautiful day that was indeed worthy of our dear Chloe Jane.

We have had a number of friends and family members ask for copies of the talks that were given that day.  I will get them here as soon as possible.  For now, we've included the link to the video that was shown at the end of the service.

The music for the video is by John Schmidt, and is called "Tribute."  He actually wrote it to honor his sister who passed away.  He talks about the music speaking to his relationship and love of his sister, and then expresses the sadness of her loss with the rich tones of the oboe, and then the music builds to express the hope and joy he knows will come when they are reunited.  I have told my husband for years that I wanted this song played at my funeral because I felt it was so beautiful in meaning and tone.  I also teased my older kids about how one of them needed to learn to play the oboe just so they would be ready to play at my service when the time came.  Sweet Chloe is getting to use this song instead.  This tribute video is just that a true "Tribute."  A "Tribute" to the love and joy we found with our dear daughter, as well as a "Tribute" to a most gracious Father in Heaven who gave us all the tremendous gift of having her in our lives.

FYI:  Be sure to pause the music on Chloe's playlist before clicking the link to the video, otherwise you will end up with both songs playing at once.  Thanks!
